Accountabilities: The Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Program Manager will own the complete post-order customer journey for a strategic account, ensuring consistent execution, operational alignment, and exceptional customer outcomes. This role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive results across complex, multi-site environments.

Own the end-to-end post-order customer experience and act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and executive-level engagements.

Maintain comprehensive visibility into active projects, risks, schedules, execution details, and overall program performance across 25+ concurrent initiatives.

Drive customer satisfaction through proactive risk management, issue resolution, escalation reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead customer engagement activities, including operational reviews, business reviews, and executive program discussions.

Ensure alignment with delivery commitments, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), On-Time In-Full (OTIF), quality expectations, scope requirements, and execution standards.

Support project managers while maintaining clear ownership, accountability, and autonomy across project execution teams.

Lead, coach, develop, and retain project managers and project engineers to strengthen execution capabilities.

Serve as a matrix leader across sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and services teams to establish execution discipline and accountability.

Bridge customer commitments with operational realities by aligning factory capacity, supply chain requirements, and project execution priorities.

Drive resolution of technical, scheduling, scope, and delivery challenges across product lines and operational teams.

Engage early in project lifecycles to assess readiness, identify risks, and support successful transitions from award through execution.

Balance strategic account leadership with hands-on execution management to improve processes, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex projects, strategic accounts, and customer-facing initiatives within data center, electrical infrastructure, or related industries. You should have strong leadership skills, business judgment, and the ability to influence teams across a global organization.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.

7+ years of experience in project management, field execution, customer-facing roles, or related positions within the electrical or data center industry.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to work in the United States without current or future corporate sponsorship.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Master’s degree preferred.

PMP certification preferred.

10+ years of experience in field sales, marketing, or strategic customer management preferred.

Experience managing large-scale multi-tenant data center projects strongly preferred.

Experience leading multi-site, multi-region project execution and high-revenue strategic accounts.

Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.

Strong understanding of project management disciplines, technical changes, pricing considerations, and execution processes.

Demonstrated ability to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction through proactive execution and issue resolution.

Ability to operate effectively at both strategic account and detailed project execution levels.

Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to influence without direct authority and align cross-functional teams across sales, operations, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Knowledge of data center and electrical infrastructure environments, including delivery performance, risk management, and execution quality practices.

Familiarity with industry products, services, markets, channels, and competitive positioning.

Strong digital skills and ability to implement tools and systems that improve execution performance.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Target total compensation range of $167,250 - $245,300, including base pay and performance incentives.
