BIM Modeller (Mechanical / ACMV)

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a BIM Modeller (Mechanical/ ACMV) to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: 3 years contract Position: BIM Modeller Location: Islandwide (depends on project’s location) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Salary Package: Up to $4,700 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed M&E shop drawings from as-built references and ensure timely submission.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and technical standards for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to accurately update and revise drawings to support coordination and progress.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for records and digital model submissions to improve project tracking.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments asrequired.

Job Requirements:

• At least NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software for producing and modifying technical drawings.
• Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.
