Call Center Officer

Sinai University (Cairo Head Office) is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Officer to join our Student Recruitment team.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Assist prospective students and parents with admissions inquiries.

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting enrollment goals.

Bachelor's degree.

1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Job Details: Contract Duration 2-3 Months.
