Qualifications

• Fresh graduated from Swedish college or university.
• Work Experience is a plus but not a must.
• Preferred to have study background of company law.
• Considerate, humble.
• Language required: Swedish, English. Basic Chinese mandarin is a plus but not a must.
• Good at teamwork

We expect you:

• to keep track of ongoing projects and remind/assist project managers internal process for example “report while a milestone, execute payment process”.
• to prepare some internal documents together with project managers.
• to handle some very basic legal documents.
• to archive all electronic and hard-copy documents, for example, report and contract
• to prepare some monthly report, for example “project progress” or “finance report”
