Lead the analysis, prioritization and ownership of digital solutions for mobile applications and a customer self-service portal. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to gather requirements, document and validate user needs, manage the product backlog and roadmap, and ensure deliveries align with customer value and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and structure business needs gathered from Sales, marketing, customer care, legal, IT and international stakeholders.
- Translate these needs into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria and document user flows, process flows, functional analyses and decision logic.
- Assess the impact, scope, dependencies, risks and operational consequences of proposed changes.
- Prepare and facilitate cross-functional workshops and support decision-making by delivering options, impact assessments and recommendations.
- Manage, structure and prioritize the product backlog in Azure DevOps, and contribute to the roadmap for mobile applications and the customer portal.
- Validate delivered functionalities from both business and customer perspectives and ensure consistency across applications, portals and backend systems throughout development, testing and release.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Functional Analyst in a digital product environment
