About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Technology Manager to join our Construction Technology Services team on our office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, onsite position with travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise standards for audiovisual and access control systems to ensure consistency across deployments
Plan, budget, and execute deployment of collaboration technology solutions at job sites
Manage and assign tasks to project team members while ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, and deadlines
Lead implementation and deployment of construction technology solutions across multiple projects
Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve jobsite operations
Travel to project locations to oversee installation, commissioning, and user training
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support to ensure minimal disruption to project operations
Collaborate with IT teams to support deployment and activation of systems and equipment
Maintain documentation of deployments, installations, and issue resolutions
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred:
Experience with audiovisual and access control technology deployments
Background in electronics or a related technical field
Demonstrated leadership or team management experience
Strong time management skills in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with computers and construction-related technologies
