Lead happy hours, team events, celebrations, and initiatives that strengthen culture and connection.

Work with external vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, etc.), negotiate terms, and ensure high service levels.

Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams to support office-related processes and initiatives.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.

Highly organized with strong attention to details.

Proactive and hands-on mindset - you see something, you fix it.

Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with vendor management and budget tracking is a plus.

Tech-savvy and comfortable managing tools, systems, and equipment.
