Job Summary FiberCom is looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong knowledge of networking infrastructure and hands-on experience in ELV and low-current systems , particularly Public Address (PA), IP Telephony, and Access Control systems . The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of troubleshooting and commissioning systems, and comfortable working on-site and under pressure. Experience in hospitality projects is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, install, test, and maintain network infrastructure and related systems.

Configure and troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, VLANs, and IP-based networks .

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Public Address (PA) and Audio systems .

Install and configure IP Telephony / Hotel IP Phone systems .

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Access Control systems , including controllers, readers, locks, and related network connectivity.

Integrate ELV systems over IP networks when required.

Perform system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports and documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Support project implementation and ensure systems are delivered according to project specifications.

Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Prepare configuration files, network diagrams, and as-built documentation when required.

Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Electronics, or a related field .

2–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting .

Hands-on experience with network switches and access points .

Practical experience with at least some of the following systems: Public Address (PA) / Audio Systems

IP Telephony

Access Control

CCTV and other ELV systems is an advantage.

Good understanding of IP-based ELV systems and network integration.

Hospitality / hotel project experience is highly preferred.

Ability to read technical drawings and network diagrams.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Certifications CCNA or equivalent networking certification.

Relevant ELV / Low Current certifications are a plus.
