Grain Weighing Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for weighing and accounting during grain entry/exit to ensure accurate data and clear records.
- Supervise grain entry/exit measurement, strictly execute weighing procedures, and prevent measurement errors.
- Participate in silo safety management and assist in handling anomalies in the weighing process.
- Complete other tasks assigned within the silo complex and abide by unified team dispatching.
Requirements:
- Holds an officially recognized Egyptian weighing operator certificate with practical operating skills; familiar with the use and daily maintenance of weighbridges, electronic scales, and related equipment.
- 2+ years of weighing experience in grain silos, warehousing, or logistics; familiar with grain entry/exit workflows and capable of adapting to the silo work rhythm.
- Proficient in basic computer operation and weighing systems/office software for data entry, logbook management, and report generation.
- Meticulous and rigorous with numbers and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure zero error in measurement data.
- Strong collaborative spirit to work across teams and accept multi-tasking requirements.
- Compliant with all provisions under General Qualifications
Preferred Requirement Comprehensive silo management experience; familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the grain storage industry
