Responsibilities

• Assist shoppers by providing detailed product demonstrations and explaining features clearly
• Conduct product demos to showcase benefits and answer technical questions confidently
• Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured items
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
• Use strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
• Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked with merchandise
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory checks
• Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and product knowledge
