What We Do Evosep aims to improve quality of life and patient care by radically innovating protein based clinical diagnostics. Making sample preparation and separation before MS analysis 10 times faster and 100 times more robust will enable truly large cohort studies for biomarker validation and provide the foundation for precision medicine.

Your tasks

Key Tasks and responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions that support both current and next-generation Evosep technologies, including software for instrument control, internal production support systems etc.
• Maintain, improve, and support existing and legacy Evosep software systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development practices, and methodologies, and explore how they can add value to our solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should also ideally bring:

• A couple of years of professional software development experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about AI-assisted and agentic software development
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and products.
• Experience with C#, C/C++, Lua, and/or Python.
• Experience with firmware development and/or IoT.
• Knowledge of cyber resilience and secure software development.
• Experience working with agile development practices.
• Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, with the motivation to contribute to a fast-moving international team.
