Senior Project Coordinator

Armanious Foundations is the CSR arm of the EVA Group, founded by Dr. Mounir Armanious. The group includes EVA Cosmetics, Akhnaton Trading & Distribution, and EVA Pharma. Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project work plans, activity schedules, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of educational activities, including field visits to Wadi El Natrun, classroom monitoring, and the provision of required resources and logistics.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with teachers, school representatives, parents, community members, team members, and external partners.
• Monitor project performance, indicators, attendance, budgets, and progress against targets; identify challenges, recommend corrective actions, and escalate significant risks when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, attendance records, and activity reports, while ensuring compliance with Foundation policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in project coordination, implementation, or educational programs; NGO or nonprofit experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with good written and verbal English proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, planning, follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and willingness to travel to Wadi El Natrun two to three times per week. A car is available.
