What you'll do
As our Yield Manager (all genders), you’ll take the lead when it comes to pricing, steering, and optimizing our travel products. Your decisions will have a direct impact on revenue, load factors, and overall business success.
What you'll need
Build and manage pricing for our travel packages including flights, hotels, and transfers Create smart margin calculations for our online offers for the brands EWH, HLM and TZO
Keep a sharp eye on profitability across all products
Yield & Revenue Management Drive dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
Turn data into clear, actionable pricing decisions
Evaluate and analyze your pricing decisions and adjust them based on your findings
Controlling & Forecasting Analyze booking trends and key performance KPIs
Keep track of market movements and competitors
Develop forecasts that guide our commercial strategy
Capacity Steering Monitor availability of flight contingents and hotel allotments
Develop promotion ideas and provide special deal calculations
Ensure we’re making the most out of every seat and every room
Collaboration Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Purchasing
Act as a key sparring partner across teams when it comes to commercial decisions
Be part of a small, dynamic team with high ownership and the opportunity to develop and implement new ideas
What you'll bring
Background in tourism, business, or a comparable commercial field
Min. 5-7 years of experience in Yield / Revenue Management or touristic pricing
Experience with yield systems as well as analytical dashboards
A sharp analytical mindset, numbers affinity, and strategic thinking
Confidence to challenge, decide, and drive outcomes
Fluent English language skills
Eligibility for this internal position is limited to employees who currently hold an Eurowings employment contract. Those who do not meet this requirement cannot be considered
