Job Summary

Enlitho seeks a Process Engineer to operate and maintain direct laser writing lithography systems for wafer patterning at sub-200nm resolution, supporting micro-nano optic and photonic device fabrication with hands-on training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain direct laser writing lithography systems to pattern wafers with sub-200nm resolution
• Ensure process quality and repeatability by monitoring lithography parameters and adjusting controls as needed
• Support process development activities to optimize micro-nano optic and photonic device fabrication
• Perform process monitoring and analyze data to troubleshoot issues and improve yield
• Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality records
• Collaborate with equipment, process integration, and quality teams to align process improvements and resolve technical challenges
• Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and safety standards to maintain a controlled fabrication environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating front-end lithography and semiconductor processes
• Familiarity with wafer fabrication environments and cleanroom operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Materials, Physics, or related field)
