Your tasks
If you are a proactive leader with a passion for premium operations and luxury retail spaces, we want you on our team! What You Will Do
- Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and drive the daily performance of showroom sales executives and administrative staff.
- Flawless Operations: Oversee daily showroom workflows, opening and closing procedures, and inventory management.
- Brand Ambassador: Ensure the showroom layout and furniture displays strictly align with Elhelow's premium luxury aesthetics.
- Client Excellence: Monitor branch traffic, build relationships with visiting corporate clients, designers, and contractors, and track CRM conversions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Branch Manager or Showroom Manager.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically in the office furniture industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
