The Web Development  Lead  will be responsible for building the presentation layer for web applications. Responsible  for oversight of specific development projects and their delivery. The primary focus will be on front-end technologies; however, the ability to work on back-end components like content management systems (such as Drupal, Wordpress) is greatly desired.

B.Tech / MCA 60 % and above for all qualified exams.

Preferred Skills & Experience HTML5, CSS 3, and Social experience (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) Core understanding of Javascript fundamentals and intricacies Mobile Application development both using mobile web SQL fundamentals Essential Skills & Experience Standards compliant HTML and CSS.  Strong  Javascript , ability to utilize libraries like jQuery and Prototype, but not reliant on them Object Oriented Programming (OOP) Understanding of MVC fundamentals Comfortable in the Linux command line Experience with a server side programming language, preferably PHP Experience with version control such as CVS, SVN, or GIT Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and front-end performance best practices Ability to get around in Photoshop; slice images, create image sprites, etc. Ability to work both independently as well as in a team Ability to successfully  lead  and mentor developers Strong written and verbal communication skills
