Senior Architect

1) Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, rules and regulations including detailed drawings and perspectives. 2) Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural Buildings. 3) Able to make and supervise all drawings required for Tender, IFC and license for architectural buildings. 4) Undertake all needed action to complete bill of quantities and all materials quantity surveying along with all required specification and approved technical drawings. 5) Coordinating the design between the other disciplines (structural and MEP). 6) Resolving issues that come up during construction.

Bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputable university.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Working Drawings.

Good Experience in drawings coordination between arch & structure.

Computer Skills: -

Autodesk Revit, BIM - AutoCAD - Photoshop - Office (Word, Excel& PowerPoint).
