Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce release lifecycle across environments.
  • Maintain source code version control using TFS and Azure DevOps.
  • Manage deployment packages and release planning.
  • Prepare and maintain release notes.
  • Execute deployments across TST, ACC, and PRD environments.
  • Support deployment automation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain environment planning and release schedules.
  • Perform impact analysis related to Salesforce platform upgrades.

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, groups, and queues.
  • Maintain Salesforce configuration and security settings.
  • Configure Object Manager components including fields, layouts, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
  • Perform master data creation and modifications.

Development & Maintenance

  • Analyze and resolve production incidents.
  • Perform technical design and Salesforce development.
  • Develop Apex code, Flows, and JavaScript-based solutions.
  • Build Experience Cloud front-end components using React and Lightning Web Components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Support corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.

DevOps & Platform Support

  • Support Azure DevOps migration initiatives.
  • Work with Jenkins and TFS deployment processes.
  • Maintain deployment procedures and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce deployment lifecycle experience.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
  • Salesforce development experience including Apex, Flow, JavaScript, and LWC.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with release management and deployment processes.
  • Fluent English.
