Sea Operation Officer
1.Coordinate closely with shipping lines, trucking providers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and shipment operations. 2.Review and verify shipping documents including Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction (SI), and other related shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. 3.Liaise with shipping lines to arrange booking, Shipping Instruction (SI) submission, VGM submission, and draft B/L confirmation, and follow up on freight charges and local charges. 4.Update and maintain freight rates and related cost information, and share pricing updates with the China team and relevant internal departments. 5.Receive shipment details from customers and arrange bookings with shipping lines, ensuring all booking information is accurate and released to customers in a timely manner. 6.Handle and process Delivery Order (D/O) charges, customs duties, port-related expenses, and reimbursement procedures in accordance with company procedures. 7.Monitor shipment status, including vessel schedule, container movement, and cargo progress, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams. 8.Handle export and import shipments, including USA shipments, and coordinate bookings with major shipping lines such as EMC, MAERSK, MSC, CMA CGM, OOCL, COSCO, ONE, and other carriers. 9.Maintain accurate records of shipment operations and update shipment information in the company system when required. 10.Coordinate and assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments with shipping lines, agents, customers, and internal departments. 11.Perform other duties related to sea freight operations as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sea freight operations, freight forwarding, or logistics industry. Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and customers. Applicants must be Thai nationals and aged not over 40 years old. Familiar with shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L), Shipping Instruction (SI), Invoice, Packing List, and VGM submission. Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with multiple shipments. Proficient in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, email, and operation management systems.
