DRC is a leading litigation strategy firm working alongside elite trial teams on high-stakes cases nationwide. We are looking for a sharp, organized individual to own our proposal and business development process, ensuring that every pitch we send reflects the depth of our work and the strength of our track record.

The Role

You will be the primary owner of DRC's new business pipeline, from the moment a matter comes in through the delivery of a polished, strategy-forward proposal. The right candidate will also bring attorney-level judgment to evaluating case fit, research design, and DRC's value proposition for specific matters.

Core Responsibilities

Proposals & Pitch Materials

Draft customized proposals for active litigation matters, from intake through final submission

Review case materials to identify issues appropriate for judge or juror focus groups

Build polished PowerPoint presentations with animations, video, and graphics

Draft cover emails and all client-facing correspondence accompanying proposals

Conflicts & Intake

Own conflicts initiation and coordination for all new matters

Gather and verify party, firm, and matter information; flag and escalate issues

Draft and tailor engagement letters; ensure documentation is complete before work begins

Case Database & Experience

Draft accurate case descriptions for DRC's internal database and website

Build representative matter lists for proposals — aligned by jurisdiction, subject matter, and posture

What We're Looking For

J.D. preferred; exceptional candidates with equivalent litigation experience will be considered

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Comfortable communicating directly with law firm partners and in-house counsel

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000–$200,000, depending on experience

Bonus eligibility and additional performance-based incentives
