*Duties*

• Diagnose hardware and software issues on laptops and mobile devices using schematics and analysis skills
• Perform repairs on computer hardware components utilizing hand tools and technical knowledge
• Troubleshoot operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS to resolve software conflicts or malfunctions
• Replace or upgrade components including hard drives, RAM, screens, batteries, and other peripherals
• Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure functionality and quality standards are met
• Assist customers with setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of their laptops and mobile devices in retail or service settings
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for accountability
• Unlocking laptops

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in computer hardware repair and software troubleshooting across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
• Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of device issues quickly and accurately
• Familiarity with schematics for diagnosing internal hardware problems
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for disassembly and assembly tasks
• Knowledge of mobile devices including smartphones and tablets across various platforms
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers or team members
