Remote Outbound Business Development Caller

We are an Australian property development company looking for a confident real estate cold caller / acquisition VA.

Your role will be to call property owners, agents, and potential sellers to identify property opportunities. You must speak clearly, sound professional, and be comfortable asking questions about property, motivation, price expectations, timing, and seller circumstances.

Tasks:

Make outbound calls to property owners and agents. Follow a script but speak naturally. Qualify sellers based on motivation, price, property type, land size, timing, and development potential. Take clear notes in our CRM. Book qualified appointments for our acquisition manager. Follow up previous leads. Send basic SMS or email follow-ups when required.

Requirements:

Real estate Warm/Cold-calling experience. Excellent spoken English. Reliable internet and quiet work environment. Able to work Australian business hours. Comfortable using CRM systems, Spreadsheets, and call software. Property, real estate, wholesaling, buyer’s agent, or property management experience preferred.
