Assistant Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing staff in providing patient care and comfort.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to nurses.
• Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Support the implementation of care plans and follow healthcare protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide information and reassurance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all duties.
• Previous experience in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
• Basic nursing or healthcare certification is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision.
• Physically capable of assisting patients with mobility and daily tasks.
• Flexible to work various shifts as required.
