Work tasks: Advising customers and presenting products from the world’s leading brands Helping customers find the most suitable solutions for their home, beauty or kitchen needs Providing customer support in resolving technical questions Managing and processing incoming orders Participating in improving and developing the customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to plan your time and organize your work
• Very good command of Estonian and good command of English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work according to a schedule from Monday to Sunday
