Quantity Surveyor

This position reports to the Contracts Manager, providing support in preparing tender documents, which include drafting contract/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders.

Individual to be involved in:

• Preparing tender documents and quotations

• Drafting contracts

• Daily procurement with vendors

• Contract administration matters for contractors' claims

• Assist in other relevant ad-hoc matters

Competencies required:

1. Strong ability to analyse contractual/legal issues

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. Competent in numeric and basic computation

1. Able to decipher simple construction drawings
