HR Planning Staff

The successful candidate will perform various tasks including but not limited to the following:

• Maintain and update HR databases on the system to ensure the accuracy as well as validity, coordinate with Teams to gather staffing requirements and data inputs.
• Prepare periodic HR reports (yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly), etc.
• Participate in HR related audits...

• University graduate.
• Experienced candidates in an HR role in a FDI company is a plus; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Very good understanding of HR functions, Labor law and related laws.
• Solid knowledge of ERP system or systems related HR field is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge, understanding and use of M.S Office...
