Legal Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle applications to obtain permits certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates, branches, subsidiaries of De Heus Group in Vietnam.
• Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.
• Recognize the legal risks and provide solutions to control and mitigate the risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in legal in-house
• Strong experience in licensing
• Prefer experiences in agriculture sector, manufacturing field
