The Planning specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless production operations by coordinating material supply, production scheduling, inventory control, capacity & labor planning. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in production planning or materials control
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
6. Language Requirement: Be able to communicate effectively in English, know Chinese is a plus
