REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields Experience : 5–8 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or Commercial roles within Retails (Homeline, FMCG).
