Finance Officer (6 Months, Jalan Besar)

Job Scope: • Performing monthly mirror posting for all client units

• Preparing disbursement schedules for client units
• Preparing ad hoc bank reconciliations in Workday monthly
• Conducting checks on client's financial records to ensure accuracy and adequate financial compliance and control
• Assisting in reviewing the Tracker to ensure all entries are in order
• Coordinating the submission of inputs from stakeholders and preparation of the quarterly MCM report
• Consolidating various reports for stakeholders as and when required
• Performing other duties as assigned by Senior Officers
