Lab Technician (R&D Dairy)

Job Summary: Responsible for Lab activities, handle Product development focus on application test and blends creating in Dairy Products.

1. Keep himself/herself to learn about equipment operation, prototype making.
2. Build knowledge about ingredients applied to product.
3. Analysis product performance via application test

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/ Chemicals Science and/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage.
• Experience: 3+ years in R&D (Food Nutrition, Dairy/ Beverage…)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Enthusiastic and service minded
• Ability to operate PC
