Machine Operator- Food Production

Machine Operator - Immediate Start Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour during training, increasing to £13.90 per hour after successful training completion. We are currently recruiting Machine Operators for a busy food production site. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production, manufacturing, or machine operating experience. Requirements: Available to work rotating shifts: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm Comfortable working in a chilled food production environment Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Good attention to detail Previous machine operating or food production experience preferred Able to follow Health & Safety and hygiene procedures Some roles involve manual handling and heavy lifting What we offer: Immediate starts available Full training provided Weekly pay Ongoing work with potential long-term opportunities Pay increase after training completion Please note: Due to the location and shift times, candidates must have their own transport.
