As a DSP, you will support individuals as they engage in community activities, develop life skills, build social connections, and enjoy meaningful experiences that promote independence and inclusion. How You’ll Make an Impact: Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities. Participate in community integration activities, errands, and appointments. Patiently teach, encourage, and celebrate small achievements, giving people the space to grow. Opportunity to enhance caregiving skills with support from our clinical managers.
