Licensing & Industrial Security Section Head
Implements and monitors approved industrial safety plans, licensing activities, and compliance programs, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions when required.
Monitors the timely renewal of contracts related to fire extinguishers, fire protection systems, water networks, and fire alarm systems, ensuring continuous operational readiness.
Maintains and updates emergency response team structures, contact lists, and emergency preparedness plans to ensure effective response during incidents.
Reviews new facility contracts and verifies that all required industrial safety licenses, permits, and government approvals are obtained before operational commencement.
Prepares and reviews weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports for submission to the Department Manager, highlighting performance, compliance status, and key issues.
Participates in departmental meetings, implements assigned action plans, and follows up on the execution of decisions, recommendations, and improvement initiatives within the Industrial Safety Section.
Coordinates with internal departments and external authorities to support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
Supervises daily activities of Industrial Safety personnel, ensuring work is completed according to established procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ensures inspections, audits, and corrective actions are completed within agreed timelines and maintains proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
Escalates significant safety risks, compliance issues, or operational concerns to the Department Manager and recommends appropriate mitigation measures.
Bachelor’s degree (prefer B.Sc . Of law)
4+ years of experience
Full knowledge of licenses, occupancy, removal, and closure laws.
