Proven Design Prowess: A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work, particularly within a manufacturing or production context. Mastery of Design Tools: Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite , including expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator , and Adobe InDesign . Printing Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Flexographic Printing and Offset Printing processes, including pre-press production and color management. Creative & Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Design principles, Graphic Design best practices, Typography , Branding , and Layout Design . Sharp Eye for Detail: Impeccable Attention to Detail , ensuring accuracy and high quality in all design outputs. Effective Communicator: Excellent Visual Communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
