About the Role Alliance Graphic Pte Ltd is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, finding new opportunities, building relationships and turning prospects into customers . If you are confident in approaching new businesses, comfortable making cold calls and passionate about achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research and face-to-face prospecting.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

Reach out to potential clients, understand their needs and introduce suitable printing, graphic and related solutions.

Arrange meetings, prepare quotations and follow up consistently to close sales.

Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Proactively seek opportunities to increase customer spending and introduce additional solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects and opportunities.

Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of customer projects.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and approaching new customers.

Results-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.

Persistent and resilient when facing rejection.

Able to identify customer needs and propose practical solutions.

Good follow-up discipline and strong sense of urgency.

Independent, self-motivated and able to manage your own sales pipeline.

Sales experience in printing, advertising, graphic design, packaging, corporate gifts, signage or related B2B industries will be an advantage.

Candidates with strong sales ability but from other B2B industries are also welcome.
