Corporate Lawyer

About the Role: We are looking for a qualified Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support and advice on corporate matters, contracts, compliance, and business operations while ensuring the company’s interests are protected and aligned with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Licensed to practice law in Egypt.

2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian corporate and commercial laws.

Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
