Intermediate Architect

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Intermediate Architect to join our Technical Team in New Cairo. The successful candidate will have approximately 3–4 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong focus on technical design, construction documentation, detailing, and coordination. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, sound knowledge of construction processes and building standards, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary design environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and coordinated working drawings, construction documentation, technical details, plans, elevations, and sections.

Develop 3D models, visualisations, renderings, and presentations for internal and client use.

Support the design team in the development, refinement, and technical resolution of architectural concepts.

Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and other specialist consultants to ensure the successful integration of technical solutions.

Review and incorporate consultant information into architectural drawings and documentation.

Undertake site visits to monitor construction progress and review works against the design and technical documentation.

Research and evaluate materials, products, construction methods, and technical solutions to support design development and project requirements

Ensure architectural drawings and documentation comply with applicable building codes, standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design, technical, and construction-related issues.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of tender documentation and submission packages.

Maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all project documentation.

Provide guidance and support to junior architectural staff, including mentoring where appropriate.
