We are seeking a Credit & Collection Manager to oversee our credit evaluation and debt collection processes. You will manage financial risk, optimize cash flow, and maintain strong financial relationships with our home appliance distribution partners and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate B2B creditworthiness and set credit limits.
Manage and optimize collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
Resolve high-level billing disputes and manage aging AR.
Lead the collections team and report on portfolio risk.
12+ years of experience in credit/collections.
Strong negotiation, risk assessment, and ERP system skills.
