Business Developer

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth across financial advisory, corporate services, and digital solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored service offerings.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for clients.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners to maximize value and ensure mutual satisfaction.

Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.

Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Work closely with marketing and digital teams to align business development strategies with promotional campaigns.

Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and high satisfaction.

Continuously seek feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve service offerings and business processes.

2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within financial services or corporate solutions.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals in a B2B or B2C environment.

Strong understanding of financial products, corporate services, or digital solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
