🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall lounge operations and ensure smooth daily business activities.
• Manage, supervise, and motivate operational staff.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and entertainment events to attract customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and VIP relationships.
• Manage operational budgets, inventory, costs, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Report business performance and operational improvements to management.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and results-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our lounge.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and extensive experience in the nightlife, entertainment, or F&B industry.
