ADVO EDUCATION CENTRE PTE. LTD.Singaporemycareersfutureobjavljeno 28. 10. 2026

About the company

As part of a growing education group operating across multiple centres and programmes, you will work closely with fellow Operations team members to support our students, parents and teaching team while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Our philosophy is simple: Individual accountability, shared responsibility and collective success.

Your tasks

Do you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?

We are looking for a responsible, resourceful and hands-on Operations Executive to join our Operations team.

This is a dynamic and varied role where responsibilities are shared across the team, with each member contributing their strengths and supporting one another to achieve common goals.

You will be entrusted to manage your assigned responsibilities independently while collaborating with colleagues to handle changing priorities, resolve operational challenges and maintain service standards.

No two days are exactly alike, making this role particularly suitable for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and practical problem-solving.

Requirements

We value attitude, ownership and adaptability as much as experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who

  • Takes ownership: Is dependable, accountable and follows through on assigned responsibilities.
  • Works independently while collaborating effectively: Can manage tasks with minimal supervision while knowing when to seek guidance or work with teammates.
  • Is organised and detail-oriented: Can prioritise competing responsibilities and maintain accuracy.
  • Is resourceful and solution-oriented: Takes initiative to identify problems and explore practical solutions.
  • Adapts well to change: Is comfortable with evolving schedules, programmes and operational priorities.
  • Communicates professionally: Interacts confidently and respectfully with parents, students, teachers and colleagues.
  • Is comfortable with technology: Willing to learn new systems and handle basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Has a team-first mindset: Supports colleagues, shares information proactively and contributes to the team's collective success.

Who Will Thrive in This Role? You will enjoy this position if you appreciate variety, take pride in getting things done and enjoy contributing to a team that keeps an organisation running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership without working in isolation, demonstrate initiative without hesitation to seek guidance, and support others while managing their own responsibilities effectively.

What we offer

  • A collaborative Operations team: Work alongside colleagues who share responsibilities, exchange knowledge and support one another.
  • Structured onboarding and training: Guidance to help you become familiar with our programmes, systems and processes.
  • Varied and meaningful work: Gain exposure to different aspects of education centre operations.
  • Opportunities to contribute: Share ideas, improve processes and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Support when challenges arise: While independent judgment is valued, you are encouraged to consult your teammates and supervisor when situations require additional guidance.
