Job Title: Resident Project Surveyor Duties and Responsibilities Take full responsibility for all land surveying tasks, ensuring precision and quality in both fieldwork and office deliverables.

Perform multi-disciplinary civil engineering drafting tasks using software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and BIM.

Prepare and manage pre-construction and topographic survey drawings with a high level of accuracy.

Work collaboratively with engineering and construction teams to fulfil project survey requirements.

Plan and coordinate survey schedules to ensure timely and accurate submissions, including obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.

Prepare and submit both pre- and post-construction survey documentation.

Maintain and manage all surveying instruments, equipment, survey data, and records in an organized and efficient manner.

Attend and coordinate authority calls, meetings, inspections, and technical discussions as required for project submissions and approvals.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team on surveying, GIS, drafting, and related requirements.

Respond promptly to project-related calls and urgent survey requirements, including outside normal working hours.

Flexible and willing to work at multiple project/site locations in a single day.

Able to attend authority meetings, calls, inspections, and coordination sessions when required.

Able to respond to urgent project requirements and support the project team outside normal working hours.

Education and Experience Must hold a Diploma in Geospatial Information and Technology or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in land surveying .

Must be a Registered Resident Surveyor with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) .

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in GIS surveying and drafting .

Experience in SP Power Grid or similar large-scale infrastructure projects , including pipeline, power line, utility, or civil engineering works, is preferred.

Proficient in the use of surveying instruments and relevant drafting/GIS software.

Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, BIM , and related surveying/drafting platforms.

Strong knowledge of land surveying, topographic surveying, GIS, utility surveying, and construction survey requirements.

Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence .

Must be willing to work 24/7 standby, overtime, weekends, public holidays, and night work when project requirements arise.
