QA manager（Chinese speaker）

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the Group's quality strategy, take full responsibility for product quality control, food safety compliance, and supply chain risk management in overseas markets.
2. Establish and enhance the overseas quality control system, including raw material acceptance standards, in-process monitoring standards, and finished product release standards, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and Group requirements.
3. Conduct supplier audits, unannounced inspections, and annual performance evaluations for overseas factories/suppliers, driving continuous quality improvement.
4. Handle product quality complaints, government inspection non-conformities, and food safety incidents in overseas markets; lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and traceability/recall drills.
5. Support new market entry by participating in site selection for new factories, new supplier admission, new product development, and providing quality feasibility assessments and compliance plans.
6. Coordinate and communicate quality-related matters between Group headquarters and overseas operations, ensuring alignment of overseas quality standards with Group standards; regularly produce monthly quality reports and risk alerts.
7. Establish and maintain good relationships with local regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, EFSA, local food and drug administrations) and third-party testing agencies; stay updated on local food safety regulatory changes.
8. Manage the daily operations, professional development, and talent pipeline of the overseas quality control team, enhancing team expertise and quality awareness.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Quality and Safety, Bioengineering, or related fields.
2. Approximately 5 years of experience in food quality control or quality management, with at least 2 years in overseas quality management; background in F&B, retail, or food manufacturing preferred.
