ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Improve, evaluate, and monitor production lines while supervising ME Technicians, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting concerns Support production operations including terminal, taping, QC, and QA processes while implementing production line improvements Monitor and implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting activities, and corrective actions for machine- and jig-related quality concerns Manage inventory of machines, jigs, fixtures, tools, and equipment, including shift scheduling of line support ME members Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, 5S, and safety regulations, and perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent With at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing company and experienced in handling ME Technicians Knowledgeable in production line support, troubleshooting, process improvement, and preventive maintenance Knowledgeable in machine, tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment inventory management Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; can work under pressure with minimal supervision
