Senior Procurement Executive

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection Monitor inventory levels and plan timely stock replenishment to ensure continuous supply Maintain accurate and timely procurement records Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong communication skills in English and Chinese Fluency in spoken, written, and reading Chinese is mandatory to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers Familiarity with marine and automation equipment and spare parts is preferred Procurement experience preferred Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills Ability to source spare parts based on photo or verbal references Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and lead procurement initiatives Positive working attitude and willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office Other Information: 5.5 Days work week Performance bonuses
