*Duties*

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities
• Perform site preparation tasks like digging trenches, leveling ground, and setting forms for concrete pouring
• Support skilled tradespeople by handling material deliveries, setting up scaffolding, and maintaining tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Conduct routine inspections of work sites to identify hazards or issues that need attention
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

*Qualifications*

• Prior construction experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with common tools and procedures
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Commitment to safety practices and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment
