Service Crew [$3,500 / CBD]

Job Descriptions: Greet arriving guests, manage table seatings, and present food and beverage menus. Explain menu items and answer guest questions regarding ingredients or allergies. Take accurate food and drink orders and input them correctly into the POS system. Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and handle table maintenance (clearing plates, wiping tables, refilling water). Reset tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a smooth turnaround during busy shifts. Complete daily opening, shift-handover, and closing cleaning checklists for the dining area. Job Requirements: Prior experience in a F&B service role is preferred Able to handle alcoholic beverages. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members clearly. Proactive, energetic, and a strong team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must hold a valid Food Safety Course (WSQ) certificate. Able to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
