Possess professional skills in designing hairstyle

At least 4 years of experience in hair styling.

Ability to cut, perm, set, updo, bleach, dye and tint hair according to customer’s instructions or preference or to recommend the best option to customers.

Skilled in a wide range of hair colouring techniques, like highlights, ombre and balayage.

Skilled in latest perm techniques as well as hair treatment products and process.

Able to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated.

Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.

Create and enhance a good relationship with the customers and keep track of their appointment.

Ability to deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints.
