- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from project commencement to completion.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved schedule.
- Manage project costs, budgets, variations, and payment claims.
- Ensure all project activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
- Review project drawings, method statements, work programmes, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with site teams and resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues.
- Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and other project resources effectively.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Manage project documentation, records, approvals, and correspondence.
- Track project milestones and take corrective action when delays or issues arise.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.
- Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, costs, risks, and issues.
